Observation

CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) guidelines were not followed for setting up a climbing structure when placed on grass. The ground under swings and play equipment does not have any shock absorbing surface. According to the sign posted on the climbing structure, it's intended for ages 3-7 years old. Please review the Public Playground Safety Handbook for complying when setting up playground equipment.
